These Terms of Service govern your use of the EnviroHaul Solutions website and our dumpster rental, junk removal, property cleanout, and commercial waste services. By booking a service or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide waste hauling services across Broward County, Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach County. Service availability, delivery times, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on location, equipment availability, and job specifics.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our forms are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if job conditions differ materially from what was described.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the job, location, and materials.
• Ensure safe access for delivery and pickup, including clearance for trucks.
• Do not place hazardous, prohibited, or illegal materials in containers.
• Obtain any required permits or permissions for placement.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, tires, batteries, asbestos, and other prohibited items may not be placed in dumpsters or accepted for removal unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Invoices for recurring commercial services are due per the agreed schedule. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Liability

We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or property caused by placement of equipment where directed by the customer, beyond our reasonable control. We carry liability insurance for our operations.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
